Students choose 1 or more of the following tracks:
PIANO/VOCAL
Students sing melody, play chord based accompaniment.
JAZZ/POP ‘FAKING’
Students play melody, chords, and rhythm simultaneously.
CLASSICAL
Students read traditional treble/bass clef notation.
Fundamentals include: Major/Minor Chords and Inversions, Accompaniment Patterns, Chord Extensions, Music Theory, Ear Training, Sightreading, Improvisation.
